Next Event

Event 1 of Memories of Annwn will take place on 4-6th September 2026 at Cranham Scout Centre, Gloucestershire.

There are 50 player spaces and 25 crew spaces available at each Event. These can be booked on the forms found here.

The price of the Player Ticket (£100, or £80 concession) covers:

  • Access to the site.
  • Funding the many props and costumes we use across the weekend.
  • Enabling us to hire a van to transport the game to the site.
  • Enabling us to invest in our infrastructure to make future events even better.
  • Offsetting the cost for Crew so we can bring more to the game.
  • Main Booking Deadline / Payment Deadline: 16th May 2026
  • Character Submission Deadline: 6th June 2026
  • Cancellation Deadline: 6th June 2026
  • Meal Ticket Booking and Payment Deadline: 6th August 2026

Please be advised that per our Booking Policy, places cannot be reserved until we have received a deposit (£20). Payment should be made by PayPal to LittleLarper. Please select the 'Family and Friends' option when making payment – PayPal charges a fee for businesses, and the Head Ref responsible for handling payments is not a business!

Cranham Scout Centre is found correctly by most SatNavs. We will visit the site soon and confirm this is the case.

By default, all attendees at Event 1 are expected to camp. Indoor sleeping is available for those who have accessibility requirements and then to crew. Please let us know if you would require this on your booking form or by emailing contact@unlikelystories.co.uk. All rooms are Out Of Character spaces.

Bunks are fitted with mattresses but no bedding.

The Site for Event 1 is Cranham Scout Centre. The main building has step-free access and accessible toilets.

We will never use an area without step-free access as an area Players are required to reach.

Some areas of the site are rougher terrain and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. We will never use one of these areas for our non-combat Encounters but may use them for combat Encounters. When this is the case we will always make sure this is notified in advance. If you want to go on one of these Quests but have limited mobility please let a Ref know and we will make adaptations to our plan including relocating the Encounter.

Catering is provided as an additional opt-in cost by purchasing a Meal Ticket. We will update this information when we have confirmed a Caterer, but expect meal tickets to be in the region of £30-40 per head.

Self-catering facilities are also available and will be kept as an Out Of Character space.
