+The korrigans of Mythvye are sometimes considered too frivolous for the liking of some piskies. Those piskies who have suffered injuries or other great losses to the Faewilds may take a somewhat bitter and martyred attitude towards the korrigans, who can only enjoy their adventures out at sea in blissful ignorance because the piskies keep them safe. More light-hearted piskies might roll their eyes at this and instead view the korrigan lifestyle as the ultimate proof that pisky resilience and dedication is a force of good for the Bendith – something to be celebrated, not begrudged.

+The booaker preoccupation with death and veneration is bizarre to most piskies, some of whom might believe that freeing booakers from this burden and encouraging them to instead embrace life would be an act of kindness. Despite this difference in religious views, relations between Havod and Lyonn are amicable if rather detached; prior to Lyonn joining Vanora’s Watch, these relations were maintained through occasional ceremonial meetings between Yarls and the Council rather than regular interactions between common piskies and booakers.

For more mischievous and social piskies, this makes gwyllion great fun to catch in conversational traps – but many piskies simply find them to be a bit of a bore. In particular, the gwyllion have a tendency to liken everything to the military structure which surrounds them, and their belief that the piskies follow a similar societal structure across their yarldoms is often viewed as deeply irritating and reductive.

+The coblynau of Kloth’va went largely unnoticed by the piskies for a long time, the piskies being too caught up in defending the borders of the Faewild and the coblynau too tucked away in their forests and caverns for interaction between them to be convenient or necessary. It was only when the coblyn Vanora began gaining notoriety in Lyonn under the care of Yarl Nerys that the eyes of other Yarls turned to their long-ignored neighbours in Kloth’va. As a result, coblynau advancements in technology and magic appear to most piskies to have emerged from nowhere, making them rather intimidating – not least because they managed to develop such a sophisticated society without attracting attention. While the Yarls collectively seem to hold a great deal of respect for Vanora (and, by extension, her nation), common piskies often wonder what sort of sway the coblynau must have to have elicited such a response from their proud rulers.
